1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GRCNow website (the "Site") and any subscription, report, or related services offered by GRCNow (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

These Terms form a legally binding contract between you ("you", "your", "User") and GRCNow Solutions Private Limited(CIN: U62020UW2026PTC254943), the entity operating GRCNow ("GRCNow", "we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Your Account & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information about your business when using the calculator, requesting reports, or subscribing.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Indian law;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or the systems on which the Services are hosted;
  • Submit content that is false, misleading, or that you do not have the right to submit;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Services, except to the extent permitted by law.

5. Subscriptions & Reports

GRCNow offers subscription plans and one-time paid reports. The features, billing cycle, and pricing of each plan are described on thePricing page. Refund and cancellation terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and delivery of digital services is described in ourDelivery & Shipping Policy.

The free Risk Calculator produces an illustrative penalty range based on a small number of self-reported inputs. It is a readiness indicator and not legal advice, not a substitute for a professional assessment, and not a guarantee of any regulatory outcome.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, and branding on the Site are the intellectual property of GRCNow or its licensors and are protected under applicable Indian laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written consent, except as necessary to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third-Party Partners

GRCNow works with practising Chartered Accountants and a law firm partner. Any engagement with a partner for document drafting or advisory is a separate professional engagement between you and that partner. GRCNow facilitates the introduction but is not a party to, and accepts no liability for, the professional services rendered by partners.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRCNow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that compliance with DPDPA or any other law will be achieved through use of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRCNow's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to GRCNow in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall GRCNow be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GRCNow, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in ourPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified to active subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India.
