Delivery & Shipping Policy

GRCNow is a software-as-a-service platform. All services are delivered digitally — no physical goods are manufactured, packaged, couriered, or shipped. This policy exists for statutory completeness and to set clear delivery expectations.

1. Subscription Plans

  • Access to a subscription plan is activated immediately on successful payment authorisation.
  • You can access all plan features from your account dashboard atgrcnow.in using your registered credentials.
  • A welcome email with onboarding instructions is sent to your registered email address within minutes of activation.

2. One-Time Paid Reports

  • Paid reports (such as the Standard Gap Analysis and the Premium Compliance Roadmap) are delivered within 2 business daysof payment realisation.
  • Reports are delivered to your registered email address as a secure download link, and a copy is also available from your account dashboard.
  • Reports are provided in PDF format. Document templates bundled with a report are provided in editable formats where applicable.

3. Free Risk Calculator

The free Risk Calculator is available immediately on the website without payment or signup. Results are generated in your browser and are not stored on our servers unless you choose to submit them via the early-bird waitlist form.

4. No Physical Shipping

GRCNow does not ship physical goods. There are no shipping charges, no courier tracking numbers, and no delivery addresses required for any product or service. If you have been asked to pay a shipping or courier fee in connection with GRCNow, please report it tocontact@grcnow.in immediately — it is not a legitimate GRCNow charge.

5. Delivery Delays

If a paid report is delayed beyond the 2-business-day window due to an issue on our side, we will notify you by email with a revised delivery date. If the delay is unacceptable, you may request a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policyprovided the report has not yet been delivered.

6. Technical Requirements

To access delivered services you will need: a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge — latest two versions), an active internet connection, and the ability to open PDF files. We do not guarantee compatibility with end-of-life browsers.
